  • Taxes, shipping, and installation charges, if applicable, are not included in the listed prices and will be calculated separately.

Payment Terms

  • Payment must be made according to the schedule outlined in the quotation or invoice.

  • Accepted payment methods will be specified during the order process.

  • Delayed or incomplete payments may result in order delays or cancellations.

Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Exchanges

  • In case of damage during shipping, clients must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Polaris International Industries will assess the situation and provide a resolution as deemed appropriate.

Warranty

  • Polaris International Industries offers a limited warranty on all products for material defects or craftsmanship issues. The warranty period and terms will vary depending on the product.

  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or lack of maintenance.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and product names are the intellectual property of Polaris International Industries and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.
